Recruitment target

Requirements

Knowledge and experience:

  • University graduate majoring in business administration, human resource management, administration, finance and accounting or related fields.
  • Have at least 02 years of professional experience in one of the fields such as human resources management, administration, finance and accounting or related fields.   (Please contact us for more information about whether your training major or experience is suitable)

Skills and qualities:

  • An honest person with good morals.
  • Proactive and responsible.
  • Careful, hardworking, agile, sociable, able to withstand work pressure.
  • Ability to learn and learn continuously.
  • Have good thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and in groups.
  • Have good communication skills.

Foreign language proficiency:

  • Have basic English proficiency, including good English reading and comprehension ability.
  • Knowing Chinese is an advantage.

Informatics/information technology level:

  • Proficient in using office software and applications (such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
  • Knowing basic graphic design, video clip editing... is an advantage.

- Participate in performing some financial and accounting tasks such as detailed accounting and general accounting; Prepare all types of financial and accounting reports according to State and Company regulations; Manage data, records, accounting documents...
- Participate in developing mechanisms, policies, processes, and regulations related to administrative, human resources, and accounting work
- Work with State management agencies (such as Insurance, Tax agencies...).
